With more than two decades of experience in the non-profit sector leading finance, operations, governance, and strategic growth for mission-driven organizations, she brings a disciplined, results-oriented approach to stewarding the Foundation’s resources while advancing its commitment to music education, mentorship, and community impact.

Throughout her career, Veleta has served in executive roles where she built and scaled organizational infrastructure, financial audits and regulatory compliance;, developed long-term investment and cash-flow strategies;, and partnered closely with boards and executive leadership to ensure sustainability and accountability.
